ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2018 to take appropriate legal action. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's motor vehicle was seized by the respondent Corporation.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing on 12.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel for the second respondent Corporation submits that this petitioner had extracted water from the public tap using his motor and therefore, it was seized at the relevant point of time. Thereafter, with a warning to this petitioner not to extract the water from the public tap, the motor was also returned to this petitioner. He further submits that now the petitioner is no more and now the son of the petitioner also undertakes not to extract water by using the motor from the public tap.
