ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2019.

2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.It appears that the property measuring to an extent of 160 square feet at Natham Survey No.21A/11, Kandiyur Village, Thirukattupalli, Thanjavur District, belongs to the second respondent temple. In the said property the third parties are claiming title and filed collusive suits to make it appear that the properties are private properties. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 18.07.2019 to the respondents to recover the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.20603 of 2019 suit properties from the private parties. The said representation is kept pending by the respondents. Aggrieved over the long pendency, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
