Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds to the petitioners daughter minidalsia and for grant of family pension and other terminal benefits in view of the death of the petitioners husband on 6.9.2015 in terms of the rule 20 of the TNSTC employees pension fund rules and in the light of the Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in W.P. O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor / respondent for his wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.22478 of 2016, dated 02.03.2021.

2. This Court vide order dated 02.03.2021 directed the respondent Corporation to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.10.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation would submit that the order of this Court is complied with by rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
