O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent dated 14.11.2014. The order impugned is a sale proceeding commenced by the District Forest Officer, Ramnad District. The request of this petitioner to cancel the auction dated 14.11.2014 was rejected by the first respondent by order impugned in this Writ Petition.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent has failed to make tam-tam and failed to advertise in the newspaper about the participation of the public in the tender notification. The proceedings pertains to the year 2014 and the period is also over. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner also.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
