PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to transfer the enquiry in C.S.R.No.74/2023, dated 19.03.2023 pending before the third respondent. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that because of mistake committed by the petitioner, so that the said occurrence took place. Further, on finding that the complaint given by the petitioner is exaggerated and false one, the said enquiry was closed on 20.03.2023.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner can workout his remedy through 2/4

appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
