O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to secure the accused in crime No.215 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to conduct proper investigation and to file a final report in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent registered a case in crime No.215 of 2018 and after due investigation, the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 26.10.2018 itself and hence, the prayer now sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
