This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 2 to 4 herein not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 submitted that current paper is pending in C.No.2986/2022, dated 10.08.2022 by the first Respondent Police and they seeks two weeks time to conclude the enquiry. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending enquiry and the Respondents 1 to 3 are directed not cause the summon to the Petitioner at odd hours.
