ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second Respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the De-Facto Complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the first and second Respondents shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
