This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based upon the representation, dated 03.10.2018.

2. The instant Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner. Now, after a period of one year, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action before the second respondent police.
