ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent, dated 24.11.2018, thereby allowing the respondents 4 to 6 to celebrate the festival in Arulmighu Solaiamman and Madurai Veeran Temple situated in the land comprised in Survey No.445/3, I.Vadipatti Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.There was a peace committee meeting conducted by the first respondent between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6. On the peace committee meeting, the respondents 4 to 6 were permitted to celebrate the festival of the Arulmighu Solaiamman and Madurai Veeran Temple situated in the land comprised in Survey No. 445/3, I.Vadipatti Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District on certain conditions.

If at all any grievance over the order in respect of title over the property and if the respondents 4 to 6 caused disturbance, the petitioner ought to have approached the civil Court for appropriate relief. The first respondent granted permission to the respondents 4 to 6 to celebrate the festival on certain conditions.

first respondent, dated 24.11.2018. Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
