2.The prayer in the writ petition is for clearing the encroachments alleged to have been made by the private respondents herein. Notice was issued.

3.The learned Government Advocate for the official respondents categorically states that all the petition mentioned survey numbers are patta lands and that the question of removing of encroachment as alleged by the petitioner does not arise at all.

4.Recording the stand taken by the official respondents, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
