ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed challenging the order of transfer passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.2998/2019/njhNtr (2), dated 13.09.2019.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Ayiram K.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that both the petitioners have joined in the transferred place namely, Kaluvankulam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society and Konthagai Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, respectively on 19.09.2019 and has produced the letter of the petitioners to that effect. 3.In view of above, both writ petitions are dismissed. It is open to the petitioners to make representation to the respondents for re-transfer.
4.In the result, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
