ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to change the investigation to the 1st respondent or any other competent authority from 3rd respondent in Crime No.100/19, and to investigate the same

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.100 of 2019 for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. It is a case of hit and run and now they got details from toll gate and other nearby eye witnesses in respect of vehicle. Further they are about to complete the investigation.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage transfer of investigation would not serve any purpose as alleged by the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed.
