ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to modify the order, dated 26.08.2022, made in Crl.M.P.No.1601 of 2022 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, Karur District, insofar as condition No.(i) is concerned.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that while imposing the condition upon the petitioner, the trial Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1 lakh to the credit of crime number. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the vehicle is of the make of the year 2011 and no previous case pending in respect of the vehicle.

4Considering the fact that the vehicle is a 2011 make and there is no previous case is pending, this Court is inclined to reduce the deposit amount that has been imposed by the trial Court.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed and the condition No.(i) imposed by the trial Court in the order dated 26.08.2022 passed in Cr.M.P.No.1601 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.272 of 2022. 14.09.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No TM 2/4
