PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to pass an order to direct the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai to expedite the trial in S.C.No.307 of 2019 in a efficacious manner and dispose the same within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court. The learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai, has sent a letter dated 05.06.2025, requesting further time of five months to dispose of SC.No. 307 of 2019 pursuant to the order of this court dated 23.08.2024.
2. Considering the reasons in the aforesaid letter, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of SC. No.307 of 2019 Sd/- Assistant Registrar ( C.S. I ) // True Copy // / /2025 Sub Assistant Registrar ( CS-I / II / III / IV ) TO The VI Additional District Judge, Madurai.
