This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.313 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offence under Section 379 of IPC. 2.The defacto complainant Thiru.M.Vignesh is present before this Court. The defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the FIR. He has been duly identified by Thiru.M.Ganesan, SSI of Police attached to the first respondent police station. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned prosecution alive. The impugned FIR is quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
