RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition NO.(iii) to cancel the deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Cr.No.3 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai in connection with Crl.O.P.(MD).NO.10193 of 2024 dt.10/7/2024. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.S.HAROON RASHEED, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.iii, imposed upon the petitioner to cancel the deposit amount of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) to the 1/3

credit of Crime No.3 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.10193 of 2024, dated 10.07.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even though originally an undertaking was given to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-, the same was meant towards the value of the goats. Subsequently, A1 and A2 were arrested and the goats were recovered.

3. In view thereof, the petition stands allowed and the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- is cancelled. All other conditions in the order dated 10.07.2024, shall remain unaltered.
