ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.07.2013, wherein the petitioner has sought for the settlement of his final bill for the work undertaken by the petitioner for Southern Railways.

2. Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Manohar, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, if the amount has not already been settled to the petitioner, the representation made by the petitioner on 18.07.2013, shall be considered by the Deputy Chief Engineer, Gauge Conversion-III, Southern Railway, Arasaradi, Madurai and the same shall be settled, on the petitioner satisfying his eligibility, within a period of six
