ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the lookout notice opened vide proceeding reference No.: Opening of 1 Regular LOC(s)/LOC Suspect No: from 2350762 to 2350762 by considering the representation dated 14.08.2024.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6
3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that since the writ petitioner was charged for the offence under Section 498A IPC, lookout circular was issued on 25.09.2023, that the writ petitioner has returned from Netherland to India on 18.06.2024 and that the writ petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail from this Court and surrendered and obtained bail from the jurisdictional Court as directed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that investigation is almost completed but since the writ petitioner has obtained direction for not filing final report in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20698 of 2023, they are not in a position to file final report before the jurisdictional Court.
5. Since the writ petitioner has already obtained anticipatory bail and complied with the direction of this Court, the first respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2024 and pass orders on or before 29.08.2024.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
