planning permission to the petitioner for the proposed construction in R.S.No.152/23 at Palloor Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District, considering his application, dated 19.07.2010. 2.Today(31.03.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
