ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.352 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is said to have received the amount from the defacto complainant and other victims for getting Government job. Lather, the accused cheated the defacto complainant and other victims.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.It is a case where the complaint is that six greedy persons who thought that they would get employment by paying bribes, were taken advantage of and were cheated by the petitioner. The allegation goes as if a fake interview itself was conducted. In cases of this nature are not fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
