ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a Cheque Memo issued by the second respondent herein refusing to register a document on the ground that the guideline register indicates that it belongs to Narasinga Perumal Temple. The petitioner was directed to obtain No Objection Certificate from the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department. The said Cheque Memo is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, they have already challenged the Circular, dated 08.11.2013 and the same consequential Cheque Memo, dated 13.05.2014 in W.P(MD)No.20523 of 2014. The said writ petition has been disposed of with certain directions. The petitioner is satisfied with the orders passed in the said writ petition and does not want any further orders in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 29.09.2022 Index :
