ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an Assistant working in Dindigul Municipal Corporation seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to consider the proposal forwarded by the third respondent.

2. The petitioner herein, who is working as an Assistant in the Dindigul Municipal Corporation has given a representation seeking promotion as Superintendent. The said representation has been forwarded by the third respondent to the first respondent on 28.03.2025 and the same is pending. So far no orders have been passed. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposal forwarded by the third respondent on 28.03.2025 and 2/4

pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
