ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take action against the respondents 4 to 8 for ex-communicating the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 02.08.2023 to take action against the respondents 4 to 8 for ex-communicating the petitioner and his family members. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4
4. In view of the same, this Court directs the third respondent to issue due notice to the respondents 4 to 8, thereafter conduct enquiry based on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 02.08.2023 and in the event of any ex-communication as alleged by the petitioner, appropriate orders may be passed in accordance with law. The said exercised shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
