ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in 1/3

Crime No.1 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.3,56,02,283/- from the defacto complainant on promise that he would secure a job in Canada, but he failed to do so.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the nature of allegations made in this case that the petitioner is said to have obtained money by promising jobs, contracts, etc., in Canada and subsequently, the amount not being given and considering the fact that there were also two previous cases against the petitioner promising employment abroad and subsequently, the cases being quashed on compromise, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
