The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to consider the petitioners' representation dated 19.11.2014 and afford 2/4

reasonable opportunities to the petitioners regarding the process of survey of the land in T.S.No.23, Ward No.D, Block No.4, at Karuthappulimpatti Village, Melur Town, Madurai District.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 19.11.2014 in the process of survey of land in T.S.No.23, Ward No.D, Block No.4 at Karuthappuliampatti Village, Melur Town, Madurai District. While being so, the first respondent shall take into account the revenue records and the title documents produced by the respective parties. 3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
