ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representations, dated 29.05.2025 and 12.07.2025 will be considered and disposed on merits.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 29.05.2025 and 12.07.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event of failure on the part of the respondent to pass appropriate orders, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court for restoration of the Writ Petition for further orders. 2/4

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
