ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the first information report in Cr.No.123 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing investigation, the final report came to be filed in C.C.No.184 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised.
