Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VADIVEL, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANDHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.220 of 2022, on 08.08.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence and the stage of investigation, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.220 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall comply the condition once in week, ie.,on every Tuesday, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
