Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.No.601 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

This Petition came up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 14.11.2019 and the requisition letter of the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam vide letter in D.No.471/2020 dated 06.07.2020, this Court made the following order: By order dated 14.11.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calendar Case in C.C.No.601/2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
