O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a P.G.Assistant working in the third respondent School seeking a Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to pay the arrears of subsistence allowance to the writ petitioner.

2. The petitioner herein was placed under suspension by the third respondent Management on 10.01.2024 with effect from 03.01.2024. The petitioner has not been reinstated, so far.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the subsistence allowance has not been paid from the date of suspension.

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that though the subsistence allowance has been sanctioned by the authority and proceedings was issued on 01.04.2025, the amount has not been disbursed to him. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the above said facts, the respondents 1 and 2 herein are directed to disburse the subsistence allowance as per the order dated 01.04.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
