The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. Thus no further adjudication is to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. This apart, the petitioner had already submitted his thesis and appropriate actions have taken on the basis of the thesis submitted by the petitioner.

2.Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
