The present writ petition has been filed challenging the public auction notice issued by the second respondent on 24.07.2023. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent, no further action has been initiated pursuant to the impugned tender notification and they have cancelled it. Paragraph Nos.13 and 14 of the counter are extracted as follows: "13.I humbly submit that therefore due to the administrative purpose the said notification Na.Ka.No.785/2023/HC on 24.07.2023 had stopped and now the respondents have taken the sincere efforts for fresh auction in according to law.

14.I humbly submit that, the progress of to stop the said notification dated 24.07.2023 is neither willful nor wanton and same had happened beyond the control of the respondents and the same are all stated as supra."
