When the matter came up for hearing on 28.04.2021, this Court passed the following order:

"This Court by an interim order, dated 04.12.2014, had already directed the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.05.2013 and report before this Court. Till date, no orders have been passed by the third respondent. As a last change, post this case under the caption for reporting compliance on 04.06.2021. It is made clear that if the third respondent does not comply with the interim directions issued by this Court by then, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.19627 of 2014 will be constrained to initiate suo motu contempt against the third respondent."

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today(07.07.2021), learned Government Advocate circulated the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 10.06.2021.

3. The proceedings of the third respondent, dated 10.06.2021 are taken on file and the same is recorded and this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
