Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYARAM SIDHARTH.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the order passed by this Court in Crl.

(MD)No.11778 of 2024, dated 26.07.2024, in condition No. (ii) that 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the City Crime Branch, Madurai for a period of three weeks and thereafter, the condition will be relaxed.
