ORDER

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file fresh application for Attachment Before Judgment, with regard to another property and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he submits that the suit is pending for trial and it may be expedited. 2.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, it shall be ensured by the Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur that there is atleast two effective hearing every month showing progress of the case and quarterly reports in that regard shall be sent to the Registrar (Judicial) of the Court till final orders are passed in the case.

3. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the clarification that if any fresh application is filed for Attachment Before Judgment, the Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur shall not be inhibited or influenced by the impugned order.
