ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant parole for a period of thirty days to the petitioner's father Ulaganeethi, aged 58 years, S/o.Subramanian, (CT No.14935) now confined in the Central Prison, Thiruchirapalli, on the basis of the representation, dated 14.05.2025 sent by the petitioner to the second respondent. 2.Heard Mr.M.Saravanakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Nambi Selvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the limited relief sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.05.2025 strictly in accordance with
law and take a decision within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
