ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent demolish the illegal construction of third respondent made at T.S.No.102/9B, New Street, Kodappu Uyyagondam Thirumalai, Trichy.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent had submitted that the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.F1/59/11 (Nfh.mgp), dated 08.11.2018 had been initiated as against the third respondent under Section 56 - 2(A) and 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, and action has been initiated by the second respondent under the alleged illegal construction. Hence, no further order is required to be made in this writ petition.

3. In view of the said specific averment, the second respondent shall proceed further with the notice issued as against the third respondent as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
