This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 14.07.2025 will be considered and disposed on merits.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.07.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, who are likely to be affected by the decision to be taken by the first respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
