ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the family Court, Madurai, to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.1333 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 1/4

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the husband and he filed HMOP No.1333 of 2022 for divorce. Likewise, the respondent has also filed a petition for divorce in HMOP NO.121/2022. However, the said petition is pending since 2022 without any progress and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and considering the fact that the petitioner as well as the respondent had filed a petition for divorce separately and since it is a consent divorce, the trial Court is directed to dispose of HMOP No.1333/2022 as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
