ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 I.P.C and Section 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, in crime No.23 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have cheated the amount of Rs.64,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Four Lakhs only) from the defacto complainant.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the facts that after the complaint of the defacto complainant and further complaints are pouring and sofar 64 victims have come to the respondent police and that the other claims have to be investigated and considering the fact that the investigation is still pending and is at an early stage, for the present, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
