ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to conduct survey.

2.According to the petitioner, he has paid the amount on 17.06.2022, for surveying his land. But, so far the second respondent has not conducted any survey.

3.In view of the above said facts, this Court passes the following orders:

(i)The second respondent is directed to conduct survey of the petitioner's land.

(ii)The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
