JUDGMENT

The writ order dated 17.12.2014 passed in W.P(MD)No.7824 of 2010 is under challenge in the present intra-court appeal. 2.Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ appeal, a free electricity service connection for agricultural purposes was granted under the Tatkal scheme and therefore, the cause became vanished. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
