O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Government servant seeking reimbursement of the Medical expenses spent upon her late husband based upon the New Health Insurance Scheme.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submitted that the claim of the writ petitioner relates to a Covid period and they would consider the claim of the writ petitioner, in the light of G.O. (Ms).No.280, Finance (Salaries) Department, dated 24.06.2020 and would disburse the eligible amount.

3. In view of the above said submission, this Court directs the sixth respondent to disburse the eligible amount under the said G.O.(Ms).No.280, Finance (Salaries) Department, dated 24.06.2020, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit the bank details to the sixth respondent. 3/5

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
