ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct the Kabadi Tournament in the name of Madhan Memorial Kabadi Tournament in Ganesan Play ground, Sethubavachatram, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District from 31.08.2024 to 01.09.2024 or any other date within the stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that permission has already been granted vide proceedings dated 26.08.2024 by imposing necessary conditions.
