JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) This matter was listed for hearing on 04.08.2023, when there was no representation for the appellant. It was hence directed to be listed 'For Dismissal' on 10.08.2023 and when a representing counsel appeared and sought time. Notice was issued to the respondent / writ petitioner. On 10.08.2023, the matter was adjourned to 04.09.2023.

2. Even today, the learned counsel on record for the appellant has not bothered to appear and yet another request is made for an adjournment on his behalf. Seeing as this writ appeal is of the year 2015, 2/4

we are not inclined to adjourn the matter yet again and hence dismiss the same for non-prosecution.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
