JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Heard Mr.M.Jerin Mathew, learned Counsel for the appellant and Mr.M.Sidharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader for R2 to R4. Service is complete on R1, who is the Writ Petitioner and his name is printed in the cause list. However, there is no appearance by him or on his behalf.

2.The Writ Petitioner has sought a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation to reduce working time and increase salary. The Writ Petition had been disposed on 26.06.2015 directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on his representation within a time period fixed.

3.The present appeal has been filed by the Director, Emergency Management and Research Institute, which runs 108 Ambulance service. They state that the representation had, in fact, been disposed, as directed by the Writ Court. More importantly, the Industrial Tribunal is seized of the matter in I.D.No.26 of 2015, where the appellant is a party. In such circumstances, he does not pursue the present Writ Appeal and would prefer to await the decision of the Industrial Tribunal. 4.Recording this, this Writ Appeal is closed. No costs.
