This petition has been filed to review the order passed in W.P. (MD)No.21689 of 2018, dated 15.09.2021.
2. The petitioner submits that he was transferred from CSI High School, Thirumangalam to DM&R High School Madurai from sanction post to surplus post by an order dated 16.10.2018. Therefore, the petitioner filed the above writ petition challenging the transfer order dated 16.10.2018. Pending the said Writ Petition, the petitioner is permitted to join duty at his original place as an order dated 01.10.2020. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to get full salary from the date of relieving i.e., from 16.10.2018. 2/4
However, the same was not considered in the above said Writ Petition. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Review Application.
3. This Court heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and carefully perused the grounds raised in this Review Application.

Considering the submissions made by both sides, this Court is of the view that the claim of the petitioner that he is entitled to get full salary from the date of relieving i.e., from 16.10.2018, is an independent one and therefore, he can approach the authority concerned and seek for appropriate remedy. Therefore, this Court does not find any error apparent on the face of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.21689 of 2018, dated 15.09.2021. Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed.
