Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of respondent pertaining to the impugned order in Application No.TN 720210422515 dated 20.05.2021 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to issue the legal heirship certificate to the petitioner within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed in the nature of writ of certiorarified against impugned order passed by the respondent in Application No.TN 720210422515, dated 20.05.2021. 2.The petitioner has also been paid necessary fees for issuance of legal heirship certificate with respect to her husband, who died on 12.11.2020.

3. The respondent is directed to call the petitioner for enquiry to examine the necessary documents relating to compliance with respect to the application and complete the inquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
