ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis of the writ petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2024 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has given representation before the third respondent but there was no action till now. He would further submit that the writ petitioner is suspecting involvement of the respondents 2 and 3. 2/4

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation is pending before the respondents.

5. Considering the nature of the allegations levelled against the respondents 2 and 3, the first respondent is directed to depute any other Inspector of Police to consider the writ petitioner's representation and on such deputation, the concerned Inspector of Police is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the deputation orders from the first respondent.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
